FITNESS CLASSES

Searching for dynamic group fitness classes in Chicago? NLS Athletic offers an exhilarating array of options, including high-intensity workouts, low-impact routines, and kickboxing. Energize and tone your body in a fun and friendly environment. Check our current schedule for sessions like:

  • Wednesday Nights: Cardio & Burn (7:15 PM - 8:15 PM)

  • Sunday Mornings: Build and Tone (10:15 AM - 11:15 AM)

Drop-ins are welcome at $25/class! Experience our 3-phase program designed to boost power, strength, and agility through a military-inspired circuit workout.

Strength & H.I.I.T Club

Kickstart your weekend in the heart of Edgewater and near Uptown and Roger's Park with our Strength and Conditioning classes every Saturday morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. These classes incorporate traditional and functional strength training to target your entire body at varying intensities.

K2 Kickboxing Class

Available:

  • Monday Nights: 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

  • Saturday Afternoons: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Join our kickboxing classes in the heart of Edgewater, near Uptown and Roger's Park, to enhance fitness, build strength, and manage stress effectively. Perfect for dropping in, each session is a holistic workout focusing on physical and mental health.
