NLS ATHLETIC was established in 2007 by Stephan Fouche, a former NCAA collegiate athlete. Stephan envisioned a place where the modern athlete could prepare for competition at their highest level both mentally and physically. He envisioned an environment that would be conducive to driving each athlete to reach his or her full athletic potential. NLS ATHLETIC specializes in making athletes faster, stronger, more agile, and explosive, while simultaneously building character. 30 DAY TOTAL BODY SHRED HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM (MEN) 

Are you so short on time that commuting 20 plus minutes to the gym keeps you from getting your workouts in? Or maybe you’ve got a different reason where you want to train at home. Either way, it's why this program has a four-day training, requiring only the bare necessities: a set of dumbbells and a mat.

Are you pressed for time, only have time for cardio? Yes, running, cycling, and hitting the elliptical religiously can absolutely help you drop pounds—especially when you have a lot to lose. But, at some point, you’re going to hit a plateau

To get past it—blast past it, really—you need strength training in your life. Why? Lifting weights helps to amp your metabolism for long after your workout  ends since the more muscle you have, the more calories you torch when working out. This program is 4 days a week and you only need 2 sets of dumbbells and a mat!!!

PRIVATE SESSIONS & GROUP TRAINING (APPOINTMENT BASED)

With one-on-one fitness training, you and your trainer work together on a fitness program that is completely personalized to your individual needs and health concerns. NLS Athletic knows how to maximize results while leaving you with a refreshing workout that leaves you feeling great!

Training with a friend is a great way to bypass some of the motivational issues that often cause people to allow their health and fitness needs to lapse. Just as with NLS Athletic one-on-one training, you'll have access to a trainer who will show you and your buddy how to be mutually supporting and motivating. You will also learn cooperative exercise techniques that will make you the healthy, fit nucleus of your peer group..

NLS Athletic Group Fitness has it all, and for every level—whether you want, high intensity, low impact, and Kickboxing, we’ve got the moves that will energize and tone you. Check out our schedule now!

NLS athletic 3 Phase Program (Saturdays 8am-9am, January 19th - March 16th, 2019) MONDAYS NIGHTS 7PM-8PM, JANUARY 14th-march 11th, 2019) OR BOTH CLASS PER WEEK PACK.

9 - Week Program that will be broken up into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Cardio & Burn

Phase 2: Build and Tone

Phase: Core Focus

These Phases will be in 3 week pods that will help you command Power, Strength and Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated. 55 Minute Workout. nls outdoor Circuit Training (Saturdays 9AM-10AM, JULY 1st – july 29th)

5 - Week Program that helps you burn fat fast with high intensity intervals. Start the burn with body- blasting sculpting and calorie crushing cardio bursts. Finish strong with serious abs! Maximize your results. 55 Minute Workout ($15 per class)

 

Gold Senior Fit (55-up) (Dates & Times Coming Soon)

Come meet new friends and enjoy this easy-to-follow workout that will increase your energy and stamina. The included use of lightweight dumbbells help to improve muscle strength and bone density. 40 Minute Workout. ($10 per class)

NLS Athletic brings a complete fitness and wellness program to your facility that includes group training classes, employee consultation, nutrition guidance provided by a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, weekly challenges, accountability, and support.

Results are earned, not given.

 Sports at all ages and different levels require a proper program to accommodate the demanding challenges to the body. It generally requires various combinations of factors such as maximum strength, power, agility, explosive power, power endurance, reaction, balance, and flexibility to improve efficiency of the performance and help prevent injury. 

 ·         Learn and perform sport specific fitness exercises that will continuously challenge the athlete to achieve maximum level performance

·         Develop athlete's ability to accelerate/decelerate and transfer into game situations

·         Generate greater power movements through strength and speed training

·     Improve overall strength, increase vertical jump, increase reaction time, improve 40 yard time, delay fatigue, and enhance change-of-direction speed.

·     Not only will you accomplish your goal, you will also learn important values that will shape the rest of your life in leadership, teamwork, and self-motivation.
