I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 17 years. Throughout that time, I developed and grew my body using specialized workouts and customized nutritional plans designed to achieve my fitness goals.

Now, I am ready to share my unique fitness routines and diet plans with the world. My vision is to help, inspire, and motivate anyone and everyone who is looking to make a real and noticeable change in their lives.

PRIVATE SESSIONS & GROUP TRAINING (APPOINTMENT BASED)

With one-on-one fitness training, you and Coach Stephan work together on a fitness program that is completely personalized to your individual needs and health concerns. NLS Athletic knows how to maximize results while leaving you with a refreshing workout that leaves you feeling great!

Training with a friend is a great way to bypass some of the motivational issues that often cause people to allow their health and fitness needs to lapse. Just as with NLS Athletic one-on-one training, you'll have access to a trainer who will show you and your buddy how to be mutually supporting and motivating. You will also learn cooperative exercise techniques that will make you the healthy, fit nucleus of your peer group.

Phase 1: Cardio & Burn

Phase 2: Build and Tone

Phase 3: Core Focus

These Phases will be in 3 pods that will help you command Power, Strength and Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated. 55 Minute Workout. ($25 per class)

Strength/Conditioning classes are fun and challenging workouts. These low, medium, and high-intensity exercise classes are specifically designed to target the entire body utilizing a variety of traditional, functional, and strength training tools.
