Stephan Fouche Sr.

I’m a certified fitness professional with a strong academic foundation and nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals reach their peak physical and mental potential.

My mission is simple: to guide, motivate, and support you through every step of your fitness journey—no matter your starting point.


My Background & Credentials

My approach to training is rooted in both science and real-world results. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (North Park), which allows me to design programs based on a deep understanding of human physiology, biomechanics, and performance.

I’ve expanded my knowledge and skills with the following certifications:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer – Nationally recognized expertise in one-on-one and group fitness instruction.

  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist – Focused on injury prevention, movement correction, and sustainable training.

  • ISSA Certified Nutritionist – Helping clients fuel their goals with custom nutrition coaching and sustainable eating habits.

  • ISCA Certified Kickboxing Instructor – Delivering high-energy, full-body workouts that build power, endurance, and confidence.
